I only have a question about the product. This is what to expect from them. No customer service. I email them at "INFO" at their website, no reply. I send them messages on there website's "Contact Page" & the reply I get appears to be a mindless bot.
I purchased the "lifetime Warranty" but I doubt they will ever honor it.
