Rating:Do not buy from Big Face. They are deceptive and switch products. The model and brand I ordered, was not delivered. They switched brands and models on IR Thermometer that does not spec out close to what I ordered. They are dishonest. I got screwed.

Rating:I bought a graphics card from here and it was totally fine! All the reviews I had read had made me really nervous but I don't think this one is a scam.
It's certainly a bit weird, I never received a confirmation of purchase or receipt and had to enquire to get one. After that they gave me a tracking number which didn't actually work on the site they suggested to use for tracking. I eventually was able to track the package by looking at a global tracker like 17Track or Universal Parcel Tracker.
On the positive side; it was really quick to arrive (from the other side of the world!), their customer support was helpful and the price is certainly right.

Rating:Bigface are very dishonest. Ordered a watch for $200 but instead sent a $50 imitation watch that is useless to me. Tried to contact them but no response. Stay away from them.
