Rating:The website accepted payment although the product was unavailable
My experience with cuisinesrangementsbains.fr was very disappointing. On 1 September, I purchased a product for approximately €240. The website displayed no visible warning that it was out of stock, and I also paid an additional charge for DHL delivery.
Immediately after payment, the system first showed "Payment accepted" and then "Order pending due to lack of stock (paid)". Over the following days, it displayed contradictory statuses, including "Preparation in progress", although the product remained unavailable.
I had to make repeated contact through several email addresses and the website form before receiving a response. I was told that the product was expected at the end of the month, but once that deadline had passed, it was still unavailable and no dispatch date could be provided.
After approximately one month, they processed the refund, which took another five days to reach my account. I recovered the full amount, but lost a month and other opportunities to purchase the product.
I also asked them to notify me when it became available and to consider a goodwill gesture, but they did not respond. The following day, my account appeared as unavailable.
I am not claiming that the website is fraudulent, as I eventually received a refund. However, I find it very concerning that the website accepted my payment without warning me about the lack of stock, followed by such poor communication. I recommend confirming... Read more
