Rating:I ordered from here last month and the items were delivered quickly, nicely packed and sealed. Customer service was fast with any questions. I will buy from them again.

Rating:I purchased BioLab Ipamorelin / Mod GRF 1-29 (3 mg / 3 mg) and repeatedly developed significant delayed injection-site reactions, including pronounced redness, severe itching and persistent raised lumps. The reactions occurred at different injection sites and recurred after subsequent administrations, so I stopped using the product.
I still have five unopened and sealed vials.
On 18 September 2026 I sent BioLab a formal complaint requesting batch-specific documentation, including the applicable batch/lot, COA, HPLC and MS results, available sterility/endotoxin testing, and verification of the stated 3 mg + 3 mg content.
BioLab acknowledged receipt automatically and stated that email enquiries should receive a response within 2–5 business days. After receiving no substantive response, I sent a final follow-up on 25 September and allowed another 48 hours.
As of 28 September 2026, I have received no substantive response and none of the requested batch-specific documentation.
I am not claiming that the product has been proven contaminated, fake or incorrectly dosed because I have not independently tested the unopened vials. I am reporting my actual experience and the documented handling of my complaint.
If BioLab later investigates the issue and provides verifiable batch-specific documentation, I will update this review.
