Rating:I made two separate orders for jeans from Haolzkoon, on 24th and 26th July 2026 and received acknowlegements to each order, saying the company would notify me when the goods were dispatched. The purchases went through Shop. When I book onto Shop to trace the sales, I am told that the records have expired. I have been unable to contact Haolzkoon and I have had no messages from that company since the initial acknowledgements. No goods have been delivered to me.
