Rating:Ordered cute cat sweatshirt on December 24, 2021 and have not received any word about shipping information but they charged my credit card already. These type websites show up on facebook under multiple names selling the same products. End up being scams. I knew better and still ordered. If I do receive the sweatshirt it will be a miracle or a cheap product.

Rating:I reported them on January 4th and rated them a one because they did not give me any shipping information. Now I have contacted the customerservice@hekkamall.com, they immediately responded and gave me a quick refund. They advised me that the sweatshirt was out of stock. I was wrong about this company although some are scams.

Rating:I ordered a few cute dresses and realized that I ordered the wrong size. I send an email,but it came back with an error message address not found. I guess I got scammed. My credit card was charged I hope my CC company will refund me.

Rating:I ordered a dress Jan. 6, 2022 and it is now February 25 th and have not received it. I went to customer service website and I have to pay 9.99 for information? Lesson learned. Not had any trouble ordering off internet until now.

Rating:If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would. What has been written in the ratings is all true. If you think because you order an item 30 days before your special event with expedited shipping, that you’ll get it on time; then you’re sadly mistaken and you WILL BE LEFT DISAPPOINTED and DISGRUNTLED at their
so-called customer service. They are doing just BARELY enough to legally say they are a legit business.

Rating:Ordered 3 bathing suits size 2x. Got them 3 weeks later and there is no way they are a 2x. Fits like a medium. Emailed them several times with no response. Then complained to paypal and they want me to send pictures of me in them to show the problem. Really! Don't Order from this site!

Rating:I tried to send back 2 dresses I ordered. To return you must email HekkaMall and wait for a correct address to send it to. They didn’t respond to 10 of my emails, so I found an address on their website (Fontana,CA). When I took package to the post office, the postal clerk told me there is no such address. I emailed HekkaMall again and still have no response. More than likely, after the 14 day return is null and void, they will let me know that it’s too late for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!

Rating:I ordered a dress and sandals in May for a wedding in July. Shortly after the order was placed I received an email saying "sorry, this is not going to ship in 72 hours" as promised. No new ship date and I have emailed customer service twice with no response. I believe I was scammed and glad I didn't spend that much. But still....

Rating:I've ordered two pairs of shoes from them and after a week I received an email saying my order could not ship in 72 hours. After another week I received an email saying part of my order has shipped. I've only received one of the pair of the shoes I ordered. I then preceded to check the status of the rest of my order and it say my entire order shipped. It's been a month and I have not received the rest of my order. I've contacted customer service multiple times and no response what so ever. This website is trash. They steal your money and never send you the product. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rating:HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Kept telling me over and over and over for days on end into weeks that someone would be in touch with me within 24 hours to help me make a return. They kept wanting to offer me 50% off, but that is no good when product doesn't FIT! Refused to give me return instructions, and their site says not to return to address on package. SO frustrated! DO NOT BUY from HEKKA.Mall!!!

Is material was like a out door plastic tablecoth that they printed the Design on i was in shock ive ordered many a outfit on the net. but this place need to be held accountable for this ( hot funky mess ) they putting out and one more thing there clothes are not true to size. I ended up taking 90% of these clothes and donating them to a shelter. Not to funny i really did want to give them to any one but i wasn't raised to throw stuff away or waste money im on a fixed income so that was like going to a window and throwing my money out...i had to give them a star i wouldn't have if i had a choice..

Rating:My items had not arrived after 2 months of the order. I contacted Hekka customer service and was told they had no record of my order or payment received. After I sent proof they had received and accepted payment, they stopped replying to all correspondence. I filed for a refund/resolution with PayPal and purchased almost identical items- as I really needed the dresses for an event. On the last of the 10 days PayPal required to give them time to reply, Hekka sent a notification that my items had been shipped and a legitimate shipping number. So, PayPal dropped my request for a refund. As soon as the package arrived - without even opening the delivery package - I asked Hekka customer service for the return address as per instructions. Week later, they asked for my email, order number, and delivery address - all of which I sent back immediately. Week later, they asked why I was returning - I answered immediately that I had already purchased similar items. A week later, they asked for pictures “to assure the items aren’t damaged “ - I immediately sent pictures of the unopened package and asked if they wanted me to open the unopened package for additional photos. Still waiting on their next response/delay tactic.

Rating:I returned a blouse & 2 dresses on the 16 July.& was debited with £43.58 & £17.29 on the 6th July 2022
There was nothing in the orignal package to show how to return them .
so I sent them back to the address they gave in Walsall .
The material the blouse was made of was not soft & the colour not as subtle as the picture on line . I had only ordered 1 dress but neither suited me. I have been leasing with them on line but they have still not refunded my money. They Now want a photo of the blouse they sent me although they have all the details and order numbers.
Be very careful if dealing with this company , part maybe legit but think this is a scam
