Rating:Ordered a pair a sandals. At first it looked like I was ordering from Nordstroms - sandals that were non-slip, adjustable, and recommended for people with foot problems and seniors. I realised that they were not Nordstroms only after completing the transaction. Really scammy. The sandals arrived and were cheap, with slick soles, not actually adjustable, and only vaguely resembled those that were featured in the advertisement. I registered a complaint with PayPal, and the company not only requested that I drop the complaint, but then offered me 20% return for the product. Returning it would have been more expensive than the refund (China with tracking) so I eventually settled for 30%, donated the sandals to a charity, and flatly refused to drop my complaint. Finding out the name of the company required digging into their email address, as they identified themselves under the name Silver City in the email communication with customer service. Definitely a scam. One star is too high a rating.
