    Bought a backpack and paid extra for expedited shipping. After a week it still was not shipped. I emailed and they said they didn’t even have it in stock and to have patience. I’m sure they don’t know what expedited even means. They tried to only give me a 10% refund and told me to keep waiting until they had it in stock. I canceled entirely and found the same item on Amazon for $40 less and free shipping. They sound like a bunch of scammers

    On January 26, 2022, I ordered an Electronically-Heated Water Bowl with electric charger for our visiting outdoor animals - it was marked "in stock" - and paid for expedited shipping. My purchase was confirmed on the same day. Since I did not hear from them after several days, I contacted them via e-mail and was told to be patient, as this item had to be tested before shipping. Further inquiries have been without reply.

    Scammers! I paid for expedited shipping and it took over 2 weeks. The item they sent wasn't what I ordered and is so cheaply made and ugly. I wouldn't even donate it because no one would want it. $100 wasted!

    I would like to rate them negative 10 stars!

    Placed an order for a pet hammock and when the shipment arrived 3 weeks later, it was the wrong item. Response from customer service was slow and unhelpful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

    Souljuicer false advertising extraordinaire! They show a dog collar and transmitter for $99 and send the collar only. Useless scam. Avoid at all cost. Another Chinese ripoff.

    I bought 2 of the 16TB hard drives to store photos on. I spent a week trying to copy 2TB onto it and it wouldn't copy folders completely. Waste a day copying and when it was done the folder was empty. Then I tried to create a new folder and it crashed. It said it needed to be formatted. After that it was only 55GB. TOTAL JUNK!!!!

    Well I had the same experience as I am reading about. Wish I had looked them up before I ordered twice. The first item was a cat bed blanket, which came in small, when I ordered large. I wrote them and because my cat liked the feel of it, ordered it again in large with a note that I would return the small one. I got no answer and the blanket arrived in same small size though I paid for large. so now I wrote about 5 x before I got the same run around, that I had not bought freight insurance and could not return the item. I wrote and then they asked for photos of the items, and the packaging with bar code. I complied and sent all of that. And wrote again. Someone named Mily kept answering very politely that my order was in transit. I wrote I had received it and it was wrong item. Round and round. Then I said I would write a bad review, Mily wrote back that I needed to send them the order data. I found the email and sent it. Then she wrote and said it wasn't from them. They do this until you give up. I was scammed. I gave up.

    I just got scammed, the SSD 16TB HD, is fake. 2TB USB, has 32gb, all misleading, don't buy ANYTHING from them!!
    I want a full refund, this is the reply email I received -

    I ordered a flashlight and received a confirmation email. Later about 2 days received a shipping email and a Tracking number. Both emails now say page cannot be found. Tracking number not found and no response when contacted by me. Found out they were in China and I know items are never shipped that Quick from there. I believe I was scammed. I guess I will learn from this to always check for reviews when buying online. I rate them as -10.

    Ordered a Halloween costume on 10/10. I tried to cancel the order on 10/27 since I had no tracking information yet and it was clearly not going to arrive before Halloween. I was told to please be patient. Since it was passed Halloween when it finally arrived on 11/4 I requested to return for refund. It’s now 11/19 and I’ve still not gotten a reply w/ return information.

    Would give 0 stars if possible. Do Not Buy from this company! I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/7 it is now 1/4 and my order is still listed as "awaiting shipment". It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have emailed 3 times and get the same response others are getting from "Mily", asking me to "be patient".

    Macy: ordered a coat, took a month to get it, supposed to be a goose down pro...ha.not even close. Very poor quality, and ordered size I would normally get, was at least 3-4 sizes smaller. They won't take it back, so I'm stuck with product I can't even wear. Don't use this website!!!!! ¡!!!!!!!!!!!

    The item I received was not at all what was advertised and it didn't work. I ordered a GPS tracker but I got a little hunk of plastic with instructions I can't read because they are so poorly translated. I tried to reach customer service but I haven't gotten a reply. I wish I had read all these reviews BEFORE I purchased from them. Do NOT purchase from this website!

    This company is ridiculous. I ordered something and was sent something else- bait and switch. I contacted them a week ago and have been dealing with Mily. This idiot will not give me a refund initially but when I mentioned contacting my bank they offered me 8%refund. I refused and then it was a 15% refund. I asked why it wasn’t a full refund. Still waiting for an answer. My bank will deal with them. I am done!
