Rating:Very poor experience with modivo.hr. I placed an order on 14 October 2026 and received an email confirming that it was already in their system. After several days without a status update and repeated enquiries, customer support replied on 21 October that they could not find the order. I forwarded the original order confirmation and proof of payment, and repeatedly requested a concrete solution from a member of staff. As of 22 October, I have not received a clear explanation or confirmation of dispatch. I have requested cancellation and a refund. A confirmed order that support subsequently cannot find, combined with communication that does not resolve the issue, is unacceptable to me. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this shop.
