Rating:Thie Benchmede website is a total scam. Their ad kept popping up during my game. The ad was for a large artificial Hydrangea plant for $19.99 + shipping, the total was about $26. I receive to lilac stems that looks like those in Dollar tree. They wanted to refund me 15% back. About $3 or so? Beware of these scammers!

Rating:I too was scammed by this group for 2 full arrangements. What i received was 8 small plastic stems in a tiny box.

Rating:Total Scam!! I have been trying to get my hydrangea pots that also were advertised in my games, 2 for $46. I received 4 scrawny stems instead of 2 pots., not even dollar store quality. I have been arguing via e-mail to get a full refund. They are up to 70% refund. I would just like to get what I ordered or a full refund. This has been going on for over a month.

Rating:I too fell for the 2 pot hydrangeas deal that was advertised. This sight needs to be shut down. Do not order from this place.

Rating:Please complain to the game developer on the gaming site where yo saw their ad. If we all start taking that little step we can possibly drive these game developers to start taking a more proactive effort in protecting their customers fro fraud. If not we have to become more active in refusing to play games on their sites. MAKE THE EFFORT TO PROTECT US ALL!!

For $24.97. They were pictured being inserted into a large urn on a patio. What I actually got was a very small.(maybe 12 inches in diameter) bundle of fall colors. The size was definitely misrepresented by the picture. I don't know when I will learn to check for reviews before I order things

Three details stand out on the site itself.
The About page names AxiaTool LLC, EIN 384369918, at 30 N Gould St Ste R in Sheridan, Wyoming. That building is a commercial registered agent address, and the same company block appears on another storefront, heavenlyroot.com.
The return policy still carries a clause written for laptops ("Windows is not activated") in a shop that sells artificial flowers, and it gives no returns address. Delivery is quoted at 15 to 20 business days against a 30 day return window.
Buyers who arrived from an in-game ad describe the same swap: the large arrangement in the photo reaches them as a few thin plastic stems. Keep the ad screenshot and photos of the parcel, and ask your card issuer for a chargeback if a full refund is refused.
