Rating:Placed an order for 2 pair of pants, which arrived, but are the wrong size (too small). My browser blacks my attempts to use the "contact us" button because it regards it as a risky site. I used credit card tied to my PayPal account and my PayPal account was hacked shortly thereafter, and charges made on 2 cards linked to my PayPal account. I have spent 6 hours, so far, on the phone with banks, credit card companies and changing passwords. When I woke up this morning my phone had 4 notifications with verification codes (3 for a card I had canceled) so apparently the scammer obtained card numbers.

Rating:We opened every policy page of this storefront on 22 October 2026: the pages for exchanges and returns, order and shipping, terms of service and about us all render the same contact block, with no return window, no shipping timeframe and no company description. The footer names Shopaid Corporation LLC at 1942 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado, without a registration number.
