Rating:Firstly it takes 2 months from when you order to when it arrives. They give you a receipt for an amount but take an extra $15. When you show them the amount taken from you bank statement they show you your receipt and will not accept that they overcharged you. When the furniture does arrive, it has chips, scratches and bent parts. There are no instructions. When you take videos and pictures of the product to prove the damage they keep asking if you'll accept a discount, it started at 10%, then goes to 60%, then the VIP support steps it they say you can return it to get your money back but you have to pay shipping of furniture to China or you have to write a positive review to be able to get you money back. I have never in my life dealt with such a corrupt company that will just try and break you with emails that go nowhere. I've explained to them many times about Australian consumer law however they simply do not care.

Rating:I too have been scammed from this company they refuse to give me a refund they are trying to force me to remove negative feedback that I have left as a review of their appalling service they send you damaged items they do not refund they are a scamming company and should be avoided at all costs

Rating:Lakiq is not an honest company
I have been trying since Oct 2024 to work with Lakiq to receive a refund on an office chair that I purchased from them that was delivered with major damage. He has been very frustrating and after many Emails today Lakiq has decided that they will not be reimbursing me and are closing the claim. Below is my final Email to them:
This is very disappointing.
You know by going into your PayPal transactions that you have not reimbursed me.
I have learned a lot through all of this.
1. If FedEx delivers damaged goods you have 48 hours to contact them and they will come and pick up the item and return it to the sender.
2. PayPal chooses to not facilitate a resolution between the customer and vendor, if it becomes complicated.
3. Lakiq does not stand behind their, "Policy of Return" when damaged goods are received.
4. Lakiq is very good at communicating and prompt at answering Emails.
5. Always pay attention to previous customer reviews. The internet is full of bad reviews on Lakiq. I just didn't want to believe it, I didn't think that it would happen to me and of course I didn't plan on receiving damaged goods.
I think that is most of it. I will try to warn others.
So sad that your dishonesty robbed me of $266.38 and at such a trying time after we lost our home in the 2 hurricanes.
Shame on you. Please reconsider your practices with your future customers.

Rating:I have no idea why this site would rate Lakiq "Good". Like many others, I received my product from Lakiq in damaged condition -- significantly damaged. Lakiq has done nothing to remedy the situation -- responding to emails by simply telling me to "be patient." DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
