Rating:I paid $8.50 in Bitcoin to BitCloudVPS for a Starter VPS in Reykjavik (Debian 12). The invoice said 'Paid — thank you!' and that provisioning usually takes about a minute. After waiting about a day, my server was still stuck on 'Provisioning' and the panel claimed payment was waiting for processing, despite the paid invoice. I received no usable server. When I tried to contact support, the ticket form required a positive account balance, effectively requiring me to add more money just to ask about a service I had already paid for. This is an unacceptable experience and a serious warning sign. I cannot prove intentional fraud, but I strongly advise potential customers to avoid BitCloudVPS until it delivers paid orders or issues refunds. I will update this review if they resolve it.
