Contacted by this company through Instagram to colab, with promise of free stuff in exchange for photos. Toys and bandanas are massively overpriced so I can’t imagine this is a genuine company. I have chosen to avoid interacting with them.

Was contacted through instagram for a sponsorship and when I messaged the account asking some questions, i was given a presumably automated response. I wouldn't recommend trusting them and as KatiBee said, they are overpriced (though presumably, they're hand-made so it kind of makes sense).
    I wouldn't trust the.

Was also contacted through Instagram by a 0 follower account telling me to DM Pawtly official. They promise free products, however, the shipping itself was around $30, which is definitely overcharging. Don't trust this website.

Was contacted by Pawtly for an Instagram collab wherein they’d send me products to promote. My account is a business account, not an influencer account or an animal account. I’m not interested in promoting someone else’s business. This is proof that they’re just sending random messages and not reading or paying attention to who they send messages to.

As above. Contacted through IG on the 0 follower account. Click bait in my opinion. No followers and wanting a collab? For who? My followers? What do I need them for then? Lol

A seemingly legitimate account named "Elena" on Instagram contacted me via DM. I didn't get why; I have no dog which is who the company sells for. The account had followers but no posts.

I'm guessing it's a cleverly disquised bot account.

    I didn't follow up.

I know IG scamming is a thing but in my case, they really studied the IG profile of my dog to the point they used her real name rather than the surname I used everywhere else. This shows they studied the profile.
Moreover, the official page of Pawtly on IG has 200k subs which is huge. I know fake subs are purchasable online but this much ?
Also, everyone is giving bad reviews but without real proofs. Has anybody here received their bandanas ? I've checked some profiles affiliated with Pawtly, some are very small accounts never exceeding the thousand subs. I've DMed one of them and now I'm waiting for an answer.
    I'll give further details later.

Got a random message on IG from someone with no followers and no posts telling me to reach out as they wanted to collaborate with me.

I have dogs and am an avid animal lover but it was my photography page, which I post very little “personal” pictures of

I received the bandanas I purchased and they are good but simple quality. I too was concerned about the scam and replied back to the IG page and received an actual persons response. I had some trouble with the check out page and then it worked, but I am concerned it is a scam for information. Anyone else have anything else to provide?

    Update to my previous comment:
I did finally receive my products that I paid shipping for as an "ambassador". They are of reasonable quality. I wouldn't pay what their advertised price is for them though. Their IG page appears to have disappeared though?

I was contacted through IG via DM's by a private account with no icon on the profile. Told me Pawtly is interested in a collab and that I should contact them. Feeling something is elegantly sketchy about it (I mean trying to scam me by using my dog is the next level satanic), I reached out to Pawtly. The dialog didn't seem to be with a real person. I think it was pretty automated. They asked me to choose 3 free items of my choice. My dog doesn't wear bandanas so I chose just 1 item. That didn't bother them at all. Then you have to fill out your data, make a screen shot, send it to this automated dialog and you're supposed to get a special 100% discount code. However, you still have to pay shipping fees which in my case was above $30. And I don't play like that. My mental limit is $5 and it better be fast. I ain't paying $30 for a dog bandana from a sketchy company with a sketchy website and a sketchy IG account with no comments on it.

They sell chip Chinese stuff, the plush toys on their website are actually less than 3$ (you can find them on Aliexpress). Probably the same with bandanas.

I was excited at first, but then it got suspicious because of fast replies, it seemed automatic. And then I got this -> "Perfect! To proceed with your application, just follow the steps below and be an official pawtly Ambassador🐶.
Step 1: Open the website by clicking this link
Step 2: Choose your desired free 3 items from the collection by clicking "ADD TO CART" button on each item✨
Step 3: Click ‘CHECK OUT’ then fill out all the needed information including the 100% off discount code so the items will be free.

You will just have to pay the shipping fees, the shipping expenses will go in favour of the delivery service since we deal with a third party company for the shipment Once you are done please send me a screenshot of your order number so i can create your personal discount code that you can share with friends and family"

haha, no way.. thank you all dear people for your reviews :*

Thanks everyone for posting! I just received a DM from Pawtly_offical. The IG page looks legit with 105K followers and tons of cute dogs and cat pics with their product.

Shipping is $37.....really? Sigh, I'm disappointed but am glad that I checked for Scams before submitting an order.

To sumarize the comments here you will most likely get the product, but you will first pay 30 dollars which is more than the actual products cost and the Instagram account seems to block you after

Was also contacted through Instagram by a 0 follower account telling me to DM Pawtly official. I did. They told me they "checked and reviewed" my profile and would give me 3 products for free - which is kind of funny, because my profile is private... don't trust them

I think it’s crazy that I google this brand looking for answers because as stated in other comments. I did too get a sketchy message from some guy in India saying that Pawtly would like to sponsor my dog. What’s funny is, my page is private, so how would they know I have a dog. I messaged Pawtly and long story short. I asked questions and got auto generated replies. Heck no for me
