Rating:Contacted by this company through Instagram to colab, with promise of free stuff in exchange for photos. Toys and bandanas are massively overpriced so I can’t imagine this is a genuine company. I have chosen to avoid interacting with them.

Rating:Was contacted through instagram for a sponsorship and when I messaged the account asking some questions, i was given a presumably automated response. I wouldn't recommend trusting them and as KatiBee said, they are overpriced (though presumably, they're hand-made so it kind of makes sense).

Rating:Was also contacted through Instagram by a 0 follower account telling me to DM Pawtly official. They promise free products, however, the shipping itself was around $30, which is definitely overcharging. Don't trust this website.

Rating:Was contacted by Pawtly for an Instagram collab wherein they’d send me products to promote. My account is a business account, not an influencer account or an animal account. I’m not interested in promoting someone else’s business. This is proof that they’re just sending random messages and not reading or paying attention to who they send messages to.

Rating:A seemingly legitimate account named "Elena" on Instagram contacted me via DM. I didn't get why; I have no dog which is who the company sells for. The account had followers but no posts.
I'm guessing it's a cleverly disquised bot account.
I didn't follow up.

Rating:I know IG scamming is a thing but in my case, they really studied the IG profile of my dog to the point they used her real name rather than the surname I used everywhere else. This shows they studied the profile.
Moreover, the official page of Pawtly on IG has 200k subs which is huge. I know fake subs are purchasable online but this much ?
Also, everyone is giving bad reviews but without real proofs. Has anybody here received their bandanas ? I've checked some profiles affiliated with Pawtly, some are very small accounts never exceeding the thousand subs. I've DMed one of them and now I'm waiting for an answer.
I'll give further details later.

Rating:I received the bandanas I purchased and they are good but simple quality. I too was concerned about the scam and replied back to the IG page and received an actual persons response. I had some trouble with the check out page and then it worked, but I am concerned it is a scam for information. Anyone else have anything else to provide?

I did finally receive my products that I paid shipping for as an "ambassador". They are of reasonable quality. I wouldn't pay what their advertised price is for them though. Their IG page appears to have disappeared though?

Rating:Thanks everyone for posting! I just received a DM from Pawtly_offical. The IG page looks legit with 105K followers and tons of cute dogs and cat pics with their product.
Shipping is $37.....really? Sigh, I'm disappointed but am glad that I checked for Scams before submitting an order.

Rating:Contacted thru IG looked at the website it’s only a few items bandanas and toys and the bandanas I chose was not available and the price was over price, the price on web was not in $ hmmm I said sorry I can’t help them promote very little items on the website and very limited availability… this is the IG that first told me to contact them gauravjain56

Rating:I think it’s crazy that I google this brand looking for answers because as stated in other comments. I did too get a sketchy message from some guy in India saying that Pawtly would like to sponsor my dog. What’s funny is, my page is private, so how would they know I have a dog. I messaged Pawtly and long story short. I asked questions and got auto generated replies. Heck no for me

Rating:I collaborated with them and I received the toys I ordered. Yes, it IS pricy. But it's still handmade and the dogs are obsessed with the toys.
