Rating:This company does not follow through with orders - they will take your money and then never send the item! They string you along and then eventually stop all communication with you. avoid at all costs.

Rating:A horrible company that will ignore you for weeks and do there best to avoid you not to refund or exchange there items if something go wrong.
They're absolutely scammy and they have the poorest customer service I ever saw, which is insane at such price tags.
It's been a fight of over +15 mails to have my return label, and they still ignoring my messages regarding the refund.
They're using all tactics to ignore or never refund you even if you return the product by creating some rules that doesn't even apply in Europe.
Note that I asked for a return only 1 day after receiving the parcel, and had to wait for almost a month to receive finally a useful answer, and they sent a company to get the parcel the next day without giving me any time range in the hope I'll miss it, which I didn't.
My parcel returned, they're not ignoring completely my messages requesting the refund.
If they ever answer, I expect they'll say that they don't refund any order received more than 30 days after the first customer delivery that is not even my fault (it's really a illegal thing in their sales conditions such as the 7 days return window only compared to 14 days in Europe which is insane) and my money is gone.
The website has been reported, and I strongly advise customers, to keep seriously away from this store.
Update : they proceed to ask me if I wanted store credit or exchange instead of a refund and blocked my email afterwards, had to use another one and they did the same. They use tactics to gaslight... Read more

Rating:A scam company. I do not know how they are still able to be up and running.
They have scammed me out of a pair of $400 boots. Never shipped them. I had to constantly email them to get any kind of response. They would only respond every few weeks and it would be a general email announcing delays with nothing specific about my order. I have almost given up, as they still have not answered me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
