Rating:These criminals have taken more than £500 from my credit card. When i contacted them today they refused to process a full refund even though i never used their services. I will report them to ombudsman and the fraud reporting line tomorrow.

Rating:These people are crooks. They offer their cervices for .5 EUR but after 48 hours secretly charge you 29.90 every month. You are lucky if you discover it in time. They will never send you an invoice.

Rating:the other comments are lucky, I got charged 39,90€.
I just wanted to murge a few documents to get the discount at uni printers so i could print them all at once and get the deal. Ended up getting robbed of 39,90€.

Rating:I used Best-pdf.com to modify one pdf which I had to attach in compressed form with an application for a Crit-Air sticker in France. For this I paid a one-off charge of 50p with my debit card. They then attempted to take a monthly payment, without my authorisation of £29.90. Luckily this was spotted by the Fraud Department of my bank and declned. These people are crooks - do not use them!

Rating:It's a scam. Don't trust this site. I was after a one time purchase of 0.50c which was ok for me and after a few days they charged me €39.90. They are a bunch of thieves.

Rating:I had the same experience with this company. Very misleading. All credit card providers should be aware of this and reject all 39,90 euro claims of this company. First of all Best-pdf should improve its subscription process by providing each 'one time' user with an explicit request after 48 hrs to make sure that such unlimited monthly subscription was the real intention of the 'one time' user. Until that time, credit card providers should reject all the 39,90 withdrawals from Best-pdf. My rating of Best-pdf.com is actually ZERO stars. But the software seems to require at least one mark.

Rating:My colleague needed to transform one pdf to word, so he thought this service is very cheap and a good idea (being warned several times about free lunches). Later, there was a charge of 39,90 euros on his credit card. He got the "subscription" terminated but only "as of the following month", so another fee will be charged. I haven't read the agreement but I suspect the fee is mentioned there, and if so, this is "legal business".

Rating:Bestpdf scammed me out of $35. I purchased my 7 day subscription on december 19, 2024 and cancelled my subscription on december 23, 2024 and now i am being charged and told it was not cancelled and i cant get a refund. This company is the biggest theif i ever came across and something should be done about them. They cant go on scamming people out of their funds

I used it ONE time for a simple document task and was never clearly aware that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. Out of nowhere, €40 was taken from my account for a service I did not use again.
The subscription and billing terms are not clearly presented, and it feels intentionally misleading. Charging students €40 for something they haven't used is unacceptable.
If you decide to use this site, be extremely careful -- read every line and double-check that you're not being signed up for a recurring payment without realizing it.
I will not be using this service again.
