Rating:Liars and cheaters!
Ordered on Easter Sunday; instantly they doubled my order and wthin 5 minutes of me telling them of their error I was advised that nothing could be done as the order had be been picked and was on the truck. Three emails later over four days I am still being given the same response. In my view they couldn't lie straight in bed!!

Rating:Order it and didn’t get any confirmation, until I email them two weeks later. Was told they have it in stock and will ship soon. A month passes and track my order on there site it shows still be package. I email them to cancel and refund my money. They replied that it was shipped and on truck for delivery to be shipped. Got a shipping track number that show nothing be shipped.

Rating:Huusk is a scam, I have had the same experience as the other reviewers. They charge your credit card immediately and the never deliver the goods. I have reported them to the Australian Federal Police.

Rating:I was charged right away. They promised 12-18 days shipping. It has now been 23 days. Apparently you can't trust anyone any more! What has happened to trust and honor.

Rating:I am frankly appalled by the unprofessional, unhelpful and shady business practices employed by this company, first off, when I asked them to help with a glaring oversight with my Invoice. i.e 20 x Huusk knives being placed instead of the 4 I had requested, they did everything they could to avoid helping me, insisting after 24hrs of the order being placed that they were already packed and on a truck ( It took them nearly 4 weeks to dispatch by the way! I could have walked to Japan and lifted them off myself in that time!) then to add insult to injury, they only send 4 Knives and a sheath! I have sent them a number of emails asking them to let me know if they are refunding my PayPal account for the missing 16 x Huusk knives or at the very least send me them. I have had no reply or any form of Help from them whatsoever. For the love of god, please, avoid this company at all costs, it is, at the very least a very poorly run and highly unprofessional in its business practices, and at worst, a highly organised scam. If, by a miraculous intervention by the company, they refund me or at least send the items, I will update this review. I hate complaining about any company, especially in this current world climate. Everybody is trying to get by, including your customers. If you happen to read this review Huusk.com and you want to start acting like a responsible, professional company? Here it is, step up to the plate and change my views on you and your company.

Rating:I changed my mind about 20 minutes after placing my order. I received an automated respond then and ten more since that someone would get back to me within 1-2 business days. No refund, no items nothing!

Rating:I ordered one knife from my phone. It was discounted limited time deal, they charged me for four knives. I called and they hung up on me without saying a word. I chatted with them online with in an 1 hour of ordering and they told me that there was no way to make an adjustment on my order. n I was the one who ordered four and I would have to take all four. The only way to solve the issue is to return all four at MY expense and then re order just one. And when I reorder I was told that I'd have to pay full price and couldn't take advantage of the discount.

Rating:Don't use credit cards online if possible! Setup PayPal account and link it to the card. Paypal will help get you a refund. Or if you have cash setup an account and transfer just enough for the transaction you are processing.

Rating:Well, we thought the same, had given up on it and refunded via pay pal.. you live and learn, well, at least you live.. yesterday the knife turned up after an approx 8 week wait and is really quite good.. maybe not so much a scam as just really reallly realllly badly run..

Rating:After paying for 4 knives and their assessories ive received an email saying the knives would arrive between 13 July and 18 July still no knives not even a consignment note.I know i live in Fiji but i get products out of the USA in 8 days i think its pretty poor.

Rating:I ordered qty one (1) knife and one (1) sheath they changed my order to quantity four (4) of each. No way they will let you send any back and get a refund. Make sure to never use your credit card with these people. I should have known better.
You can buy these through Amazon and be better protected. I see they have the same thing to other people. Do not even deal with these crooks.
