Rating:I'm usually really careful, but these guys got me, too. Ordered the chairs, and got these two tiny stools. The company said they'd be HAPPY to refund me.... once I returned the items... to China....

Rating:I also was scammed. Seller kept saying I need to pay to send wrong item back to them to get a refund. Seller kept mentioning they have to pay their logistics so I have to pay for it. I argued, but then finally gave up and asked them where to send it. crickets. no reply. Package was same as described above with a FBM address in California. Cannot locate a company associated with FBM and that address. Called my bank, they are investigating and giving me a refund. I retained all communications with Daisy1 (cs1@junqiservice.com) and images of the website, item ordered and received I ordered it from (Bauchee.com), which is no longer a store website btw. The communications from the seller were originating from China, obvious because their were Chinese Characters and the time the communications were generated is on China's time zone. Additionally, I have saved this link as proof for my bank's investigation should they need it proving that the seller is doing this on purpose and is not an accident.
