Rating:Unit arrived opened and never worked -- company ignoring return requests
I ordered the Dnsys X1 Hip Exoskeleton ($889, order #4547) for my mother. The outer shipping box was intact, but the inner product box arrived already opened. The unit lights up but has never actually worked, even after I completed their full troubleshooting process. There's also no printed serial number on the unit where their policy says one should be.
I requested a return on September 23 (ticket #11805). They acknowledged it on September 24 and said it was "under review." I followed up twice on September 29 with photos of the opened box -- no reply. I sent a final written demand on September 30 -- no reply. Their own return policy promises a response within one working day.
I'm now disputing the $889 charge with my credit card company. If you're considering buying from Dnsys, know that getting support after the sale has been impossible in my experience.
