Rating:Warning! Do not purchase from Coupon500.com. They will sell you coupons that are supposed to work in Lowes stores and they don't. When you report the issue, their main support person, Lillie, will tell you that you are wrong and persist along that path to not issue a refund. After a few exchanges, she will proceed to insult you by calling you names like idiot, jackass, whiner and uneducated. A total disgrace to the world of Customer Service. Stay away from this site!

Rating:I just had the same issue with Lillie. She argued by saying that her 15% off HD coupon is valid. And if it didn’t work, it was Home Depots error. Pretty much doesn’t want to refund you no matter what. She then wanted me to keep trying until it worked, I refused to keep trying. This is supposed to work the first time. She then follows with “you’ll get your refund but don’t ever purchase for me again”! I’ll gladly not purchase your fake coupons Lillie.

Rating:Avoid this site, you shouldn't be buying coupons and saving less then you got it for anyway.
Numerous people I know were verbally assaulted by the owner "Lillie" who has their identity protected by WhoIs, they've written their own reviews and forged others to win in paypal disputes, and 90% of the coupons they sell don't even work.
Your time is better spent reporting them to authorities then dealing with their workforce lmao

Rating:I have used them many times for Lowe’s coupons and the coupons have worked flawlessly. Home Depot coupons are different and usually say for select items. For example, Home Depot sent me a 10% coupon for home decor this week. It wouldn’t work on the play structure that I ordered. Don’t down the website if you don’t read the fine print.

Rating:Me too. Coupon should have taken $20 off, only took $10; then it's Home Depot's problem, not theirs. Started giving me a myriad of reasons why the $20 coupon wasn't a $20 coupon, like Home Depot only took half off the $20 because the item was on sale. When have you ever been able to use a coupon that required a $200 purchase to receive $20 off when spending only $100? Their "explanation" made zero sense. Then I told them I just thought they'd want to know, and had I known it was only going to take $10 off , I would of used my own Home Depot coupon. They then questioned the existence of said coupon; I sent proof. Went to purchase at a later time, simply because I had used all my coupons, and some off is better than nothing, and again, questioned why I didn't use my "elusive" coupon, then started wanting a bunch of information they already had before sending my "immediate" coupon. It was clear they just wanted to engage in a fight. I'll donate my $2.89 to their much needed therapy. Avoid. CR-A-ZY!

Rating:OMG! THEY DID THE SAME TO ME. I emailed them to let them know the coupon didn't work. They accused me of being a fraud. They continued to insult me and threaten me so I contacted PayPal and started a claim. They emailed me and said if I didn't stop claim I would be sorry, I have a business that is reflected in my email, so they started threating my business and eBay profile.
Here is just a few statements they made:
Watch out xxxxxx... your business is going down,
You will regret this day for the rest of your life,
You have exactly 1 hour to close your fraudulent PayPal disputes or this is going to my attorney, and also your local police department. You are committing felony wire fraud.
You're also going to get quite a surprise on your shitty little website.

Rating:If I could give zero star. I would. Don't ever buy from them. Ran as fast as you can. If you pays and not get the discount and asks for refund. Lilly will threaten you with police and lawyer. Lilly must be a mental patient escaped from the hospital.

Rating:Something is definitely wrong with Lillie. Eventually a coupon will not work - in my case- then she will fight you. Asking for all kinds of proof, but ending up accusing you of being rude. All this for $2, and then losing all future business. Funny thing is she uses words like "un-American" and "American Justice." I'm thinking we are dealing with someone outside the USA. Use her ONLY if you want to see the comical emails she sends you.

Rating:This insulting web site charges $25 per home depot coupon and since it didn't work and You report it they not only don't want to issue a refund they start offending you. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I had to block them on my email list since the insulting emails just kept coming. Why not just issue a new working coupon? Crazy. Don't waste your money or time

LILLIE IS UNHINGED! Stay away from this chick. Won't refund coupons that weren't delivered or work. She is some piece of work. She's not only threatening me for whatever she is going to report my husband.
"YOU WILL REGRET THIS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE'! She also has a lawyer to sick on you. A true stalker. Commenting on my home, my appearance and my ugly fat neck, where I live, my home and now threatening my husband's credentials.

Rating:They used to work but not any more. When I looked for refund due to her coupons not working she would not. I made a large purchase expecting so same some serious money but the coupons failed.
Two separate coupons in a row at different Lowe's stores failed and she would not refund.
DO NOT PURCHASE COUPONS FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY FAIL AND SHE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PURCHASE.

Rating:I wish I had seen these reviews before buying anything from COUPON500. Everybody is right, Lillie is a NUT JOB. Purchased 5 coupons from her and two of them didn't work. Claims I 'threatened" her??? Well, if telling her I'll stop purchasing coupons from her and will buy them from someone else is threatening then I guess I'm guilty. Lillie, that's not a threat chica, that's a promise......you SUCK!!!! Seems from all the reviews that Lillie is the one threatening people. STAY AWAY!!!!!
