Rating:Avoid this company for NUMEROUS reasons...
I ordered a knee brace from them. I realised that the one I ordered was not what I intended (I had changed my mind during the checkout process) and cancelled it within 5 minutes. They have then proceeded to dispatch the item and are trying to charge me to send it back even though I emailed them several times to get it cancelled, and their own support has confirmed the item should never have been shipped.
Additionally, the goods were advertised as From The UK but once ordered the tracking showed a distinctly Chinese origin.
Given the relatively new age of the company and their tactics I believe this to be a kind of scam.
I would give zero stars if the system let me.
