Rating:Ordered a vampire dress that stated it was a embroidered lace patchwork hooded dress. What I got was a zip up hooded robe that had a awful print on it. Absolutely horrible. Nothing like the picture! Definitely a bait and switch!!

Rating:Homeokat does publish operator details, but they are not where you would expect: the legal notice is shown as an image inside the Terms of Use page. That image names NEXTSUSS LIMITED, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London. On the UK companies register, NEXTSUSS LIMITED (company no. 16601973) was only incorporated on 23 July 2025, and its registered office on file is an office-services address in Wantage, Oxfordshire, not the London address displayed here.
The rest is thin: complaints are routed to an address hosted on another domain (whosebilling.com) and the only published contact is a free Hotmail address. Customer feedback is poor: the store's Trustpilot page averages 1.9 out of 5 across 12 reviews (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.homeokat.com). If you order, use a payment method you can dispute if the goods never arrive.
