Despite the candle name, the whole catalogue is nicotine and nothing else: e-liquids sold at 5%, meaning 50 mg per ml, and disposable vapes advertised at 50,000 to 85,000 puffs. Nicotine products offered in the European Union are capped at 20 mg per ml and 2 ml of liquid, so none of these references can be sold here as they stand. Prices are in euros, and neither the catalogue nor the product pages ask the buyer's age.

The site never names its seller: no company, no address, no phone number, no terms of sale, no legal or privacy page. Product pages hold a title and a price, with no description and no health warning. The only way to reach anyone is a Proton Mail address, elfcity@proton.me, and a Telegram invite.

A buyer has already reported on this page that a paid order never arrived, without explanation or refund. If you paid by card, ask your bank about a chargeback before the delay runs out, a payment arranged through Telegram leaves you with no such option.
