Rating:I have attempted to contact the company regarding their site listing of a Warn 62601 plow cutting edge. Both of the provided email contact information have been returned as NON deliverable.

Rating:Unfortunately, I placed an order because I found an item that I had been looking for for a long time. Even though I had a bad feeling, I still went ahead with the purchase. About 20 minutes later, my credit card was blocked. As a result, I lost USD 40.

I received an order confirmation with an order number in my local language from lacy@helpenline.com
(IP address: 115.124.28.128 / China / Server: Aliyun.com)
I then tried to check the order status on the website dzpazar.com, but no order could be found using the order number
I contacted both dzpazar.com and lacy@helpenline.com, but received no response

Rating:Avoid, it is a scam site.
The webshop order is fine, the bank card payment is fine. Afterwards there is no order confirmation, the contact email service@dzpazar.com is unreachable. So there is no way to complain, no refund.

Rating:As others already stated it appears to be a scam site. I wish I found this or other review site earlier. When I checked it, I found only moderately warning opinions.
I ordered a USB switch on 4th Jan 2026. I payed with a disposable Revolut card and chose €. I had enough fund in €, but I was charged in my loal currency because the site charged in Singapore dollar, which I obviously didn't have, so it costed even more.
After 6 days passed w/o any change of my order status I sent an email to their address service@dzpazar.com. It returned after a while as non deliverable. I believe I will never get the product I ordered.
Avoind them!
