Rating:AVOID this company like the plague! All they care about is getting your money, and their methods are borderline criminal! Customer satisfaction is not even on their radar, and appears to be an entirely foreign concept to them. They recently put through two charges on my credit card (unbeknownst to me before it was too late) for over $270 for a monthly subscription renewal and a program for 1-on-1 coaching. I did not want either one of these programs, and I certainly did not authorize these charges. There was no warning ahead of time. I have now written to the company multiple times (CC'ing all of the e-mail address I could find for their support team, legal team, etc.) requesting a refund and requesting contact information for their company's senior management so that I have an opportunity to communicate my concerns and frustration to them directly. I have been repeatedly stymied on both requests. They claim they "are unable" to provide a refund due to their company policy constraints. It's such a shame that company's like this are allowed to get away with these policies, effectively stealthily STEALING money from innocent people with their promotional and "policy" tactics. Again, I would recommend AVOIDING this company like the plague. They are fraudsters at their core.

Rating:Also my experience. Multiple emails asking for refund for charge made on the day my trial subscription was completed, which i had no intention to continue. My requests kept getting rejected no matter who i directed the email. Looks like they are in for a quick buck before their site expires in 6 months.

Rating:Nordletics is nothing but a scam. They charged my account for something I did not agree to and refused to refund the money. Don't ever trust these scammers!
