I ordered the XtraBoost WIFI (49.99 euros) the 17th of December 2023. I received it on December 29. It didn't work. So I mentioned the problem by writing to the support service who never responded to this email, as well as several others, written in French or English. I also read on the support service that they refund the product 14 days at maximum after forwarding the defective product, which I did on January 15, 2024, by collissimo, to the address indicated (UkmergÄ—s g. 364- 49, 14188, Vilnius, Lithuania). No news since either. This is obviously a scam.

This company is nothing more than a fraudulent scammer! I ordered a PetZen Pro from them and when it did not arrive I contacted customer service who provided a "proof of delivery" which was an image of someone else's parcel with an entirely different name and address in packaging that was clearly from a company that was not Techfibbr. They admitted that this was not thier product in the email as seen in the screenshot. I went on to ask for a refund and they stopped responding, I never received my item, I was not offered a replacement and I never got my refund. They are scammers and thieves! Be warned, do not buy anything from this company or risk losing your money and receiving nothing in return!
