    I spent $100 buying these from the actual site and they gave me a tracking number but it said they were coming from China so they sat in transit for over 20 days. I contacted them and they responded in a fair timing. They sent me out a new shipment but then that shipment is still sitting in transit for 40 days. When I contacted them again they took forever to try and figure things out then told me they would refund me but instead of fully refunding me they charged me again. When I contacted them about it they just said I had to wait for the refund. I sent them a screenshot of how I got charged again and they never replied. I checked my card again and the refund went through but I was still double charged so in turn they still ended up getting their money. I do not recommend buying from the actual site.

    Allfemme gummy WARNING.

    This product is not effective!
    The company has a poor customer service.

    They scam by purchasing without the customer's consent.

    I have ordered once on 20 October 2025 just to try.

    On 20th November 2025, they charged me for another set of order costing 123$aud even though I NEVER PURCHASE...

    I contact the email address of the customer service to stop the ordering as I never did. I didnot receive any reply.

    I emailed again and just say the issue has been resolved yet on 20th December. They charged my bank again without my authorization. I have received an email that my order has been confirmed. What order?
    I dinot order or purchase.

    I never repurchased. I am disputing these two amount at my bank and I will cancel my card.

    The Usana has a good customer service and integrity. They never scam like this company.
