Rating:Scam - Do not purchase from this site!
When you make a purchase, it says that your credit card will not be charged until order is shipped, it was charged before it shipped. I received an email with the tracking number for 1 item 2 days letter. The tracking number in the email was invalid. I paid extra for shipping with tracking. The other item I ordered still says it is currently being prepared for shipment.

Rating:I ordered on 4/10. On 4/16 received an email saying was shipped with a tracking number that proved to be invalid. The USPS tracking continues to say waiting for package to come to them. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Going to call my credit card company. This popped up for me as a Facebook Ad. Also notified Facebook. Would have given a zero, but not an option.

Rating:Ordered on 4.12 and was sent a tracking number that tells you the USPS is continually waiting for the package to come to them. Was also on a Facebook ad! Beware! Just disputed the charge with my credit card. 0 stars

Rating:This is a scam! I ordered masks on April 15th and it said that I would not be billed until they shipped. I have contacted them repeatedly because the tracking number they gave me is about 30 numbers long and the USPS tracking numbers are only 22 to 22 digits, and they sent me a link that is a after ship tracking link and when I click on that it says user not found. I have contacted my PayPal company and disputed this. Major scam!
This is the phony tracking number :

Rating:This is a scam. Google the location of the company and you will see a house. Total scam front! They do business by taking your orders and then will get tracking number and wait months till the products arrive from China.

Rating:The masks weren’t actually sent for 2 full weeks after I received the notification that they had been.
I did finally receive them and they’re such poor quality, I want my money back.

Rating:Same problem as everyone else, they have my money and i have no product. AndyC gives me hope that maybe it's still coming, but like queenie_bee, i have a tracking number that goes no where. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I have tried reaching their customer support three times, and just get back the same automated reply.

Rating:Same situation as others. I placed two orders. One of the tracking numbers was invalid . I received one order today of very poor quality white cotton masks that I want to return. The return address on their package says " Jhon Doe 4511 245th St Douglaston, New York NY 90094"
Online they are listed with their headquarters as 18441 Fidalgo St. Rowland Heights, CA 91748.
Does anyone know which address should be used to send an item back to them? Thank you!

Rating:This is a follow up to my previous message After 6 weeks, I still am waiting on a part of my order. I have contacted the company via email and FB messaging on multiple occasions. They repeatedly tell me it has been shipped and give me a tracking number. I have been given multiple tracking numbers, all which turn out to be bogus. I finally filed a claim with my credit card company. MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS COMPANY CLAIMS ON FB TO BE IN TEXAS, BUT THEY ARE NOT. MY CREDIT CARD INVOICE SAYS "SINGAPORE". PERHAPS THIS IS WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG. THAT SAID, I FIND IT DEPLORABLE THAT THEY WOULD LIE AND SAY THEY ARE IN THE U.S.A.

Rating:I returned the package priority mail and sent them an email requesting a full refund. They sent me a lengthy "return policy" that states that personal items cannot be returned. The second package finally arrived a month after the order was placed and I have not opened it. I plan to take it to the post office and ask if it can be returned to sender. I have taken photos of the package, showing the fake return address (John Doe in NY with a CA zip code) and photos of my receipt from the post office, etc. that I have sent to my credit card company. I spent $156 on two types of masks. Terrible product, very low quality , dishonest company. I suggest filing a dispute with your credit card company for any issues with this company. They are cheating people and trying to capitalize on the pandemic.

Rating:Oyakumi is really "Fairy Days," located at 18441 Fidalgo St. Rowland Heights, CA 91748
In addition to filing a dispute with your credit card company , a complaint can also be filed with the Better Business Bureau . I am also notifying Facebook about their ads.

Rating:Order at your own risk. You will not receive what you paid for and they don’t not honor their satisfaction guarantee as they will bury you in requests for photos and documentation to refund your money, and that is when they get around to your email. By the they do not have a phone number listed on their website for customer contact.
Buyer beware
