Rating:Evericharm...The bras I received were not the right size according to what I ordered. I was sent 2xl and I ordered 38Gs. They roll instead of fitting snug under the boobs. They do not support anything, like advertised. They were a waste of money and were sent from China, which took a very long time. Cannot be returned. 2 stars because they actually sent me bras.

Rating:Clothing is shipped from China and are sized wrong. Any email from them has a trojan attached that per McAfee is trying to hijack my email for use in spam mailings. Wish me luck in getting these returned and to obtain a refund.

Rating:Evericharm is a scam company. I ordered 42C size bra and got actual size 29 inch. I tried to contact customer service, as they advertised hassle free exchange and was told that I got a correct size. They want additional money from me to get the items I ordered or I need to send this junk to Vietnam at my own expense. They are completely liars . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Rating:I ordered two bras on clearance, which I found through a mobile ad. After waiting for them to arrive from China (which I was not aware was a possibility, when ordering), they arrived with no indication on the bras or the packaging what size they were meant to be, and do not fit me at all. On emailing them, politely at first, got an auto-reply stating they were (conveniently) on a business trip from that day until September 2nd or 3rd. I also received an email with a paltry $3 off my next order. After looking into whether or not the site was a scam (which I should have done before ordering; I'm out of practice, I guess), I emailed them again yesterday to demand my money back, all of it, and have yet to actually hear from them. I did get another email two days ago along the lines of "we noticed you haven't opened the shipping notification we sent two days ago, so here it is again," but that just adds to the scam since they'd arrived by that time. I've since filed for a refund on Paypal. They appear to operate multiple other sites, all with -charm names.

Rating:Same here, waited and delivery late from China. Tiny size Bras and not the DDD size I ordered. Nothing at all like the Bras I ordered, no support, cheap material and bad nasty manufacturing. I bought size paid larger sizes so therefore I do not need padding. Very disappointed as I paid top Australian dollar for this rubbish, Temu quality or Shein. Ordered through the game site Redecore”. Just a scam and a rip of. Packaging with little Chinese writing. Do not buy this overpriced garbage quality items. Bad Customer Support as well.

EveriCharm sells women's clothing through social ads, and buyers who do receive a parcel report, on the BBB Scam Tracker and in local news, items shipped from China in the wrong size, then a support that offers a 10 percent refund of the item value, a 15 dollar fee for a replacement, or a return of the goods to Vietnam at the customer's cost.
The shop presents itself as operated by Shopaid Corporation LLC, 1942 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado, an address shared with many unrelated companies, with a single contact, a mailbox on another domain, store-aid.com. The same footer and mailbox appear on other brands, including ElisaCharm and DanyBloom, whose policies still keep the blank fields of the model.
If the goods arrive in the wrong size or never arrive, ask your card issuer for a chargeback for goods not as described instead of bargaining with a support that already refused refunds.
