Falsely claim to be Google at the beginning of the call.
Offer to update Google Maps information and remove negative reviews.
Do not verify identity to confirm you are the authorized business owner.
Request payment on a suspicious website (incomplete, unprofessional, and using two different logos).
Become aggressive when you refuse to pay, attempting to keep you on the call.
