Rating:Goelderly is a scam company that popped up during the COVID-19 scare. They list items that are hard to find such as finger pulse oximeters and thermometers and they 'seem' to be trustworthy. They are not. They will not ship you anything. It was only after placing my order did I realize that they were a scam.

Rating:DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Like everyone here I ordered a Finger Pulse Oximeter in the first week of March and have yet to receive ANYTHING. This company claims to be based in Florida, but they're shipping their items from CHINA and a quick scan of their site and Facebook make it clear that whoever is behind it is probably based outside the US. They're DELETING COMMENTS/COMPLAINTS FROM THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE (very sketchy), the only images on their sites are stock photos of old people,, and even the reviews on their site and Facebook page look FAKE! Their phone number NEVER seems to work and their address in the website (411 Walnut St, #10767 Green Cove Springs, FL, 32043 United States) is a FORWARDING ADDRESS, not even a real place of business. Also, the email connected to their PayPal account is support@bootsnbagsheaven.com, nothing to to with the name GoElderly
There's no proof that these people are even real and not just some shady site looking to take advantage of older people who don't know enough about the internet to tell it's a total SCAM.

Rating:Total scam. Do not order from these people. My mom who is generally very diligent about where she orders from tried to order a pulse oximeter for me after they ran out everywhere and my parents received theirs from a company that was now out of stock.
Played the run around. Registered in Florida, fake. Sends a USPS tracking number to be shipped out of California ? Nothing has ever been shipped. These people are disgusting and taking advantage of people during a major world crisis. I want to report them to the FBI. In the end they stole 50 bucks from my mom and I hate them for it.

Rating:DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY: It has been 43 days and I still have not received the oximeter despite sending emails to customer service three or four times. The website said 10-15 days for delivery when I ordered it and the confirmation email said 10-25 days, so I knew things were shifting from the beginning. But now it is 43 days and they are still making excuses about slow shipping due to the post office. I receive everything else I order online within a week so this excuse is not acceptable. This is especially dangerous customer service because this is an aid people use to make sure they don't need to go to the hospital. People could die to the delay in shipping. There is no excuse!

Rating:Scam. They pretend to ship the item and give you a fake tracking ID. I filed a dispute with PayPal and was refunded (by PayPal) within 48 hours. File a dispute with your bank if you ordered from them.

Rating:I placed an order through goelderly.com for pulse oximeters which they said were in stock. After not receiving them at the latest date, I contacted the company via email. They continued to string me along, sending false information. I finally went through my credit card company to file a complaint which ended in the card company refunding my money. Do not trust this company. Worst purchase transaction I have ever had to deal with. I would give this company NO STARS if possible.

Rating:Wish I had read this before I purchased a pulse-ox from this company. Same as the other reviews say, it is a scam. I made a purchase in April and still have not received it. Reached out to customer service and they basically refuse to refund me, keep saying I need to wait 10 more business days. I don't plan on ever receiving my purchase at this point and can only hope that I'm able to get a refund from my bank. I have filed a report through the BBB but it appears as though their use of a fake address is going to make it impossible to really amount to anything. Do NOT make any purchases through this company. Disgusting.

Rating:I wish I knew this feedback before I bought here. I placed an order 2.5 months ago and I still don't have my pulse oxomiter. It is clear this comes from China. So upset. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Rating:This merchant is clearly a scam. Ordered an item which to my surprise was being shipped from CHINA!! After 12 weeks of repeated email complaints and the fact that the tracking record showed that it was never shipped and sitting in a warehouse in China, I withdrew the order. Since I paid by PayPal, it is even uncertain that I will get my money back as getting PayPal to respond to disputes is like pulling teeth!

Rating:Do not order from this company. They are shipping out of China and promised delivery times are not kept. Try waiting almost 3 months for a pulse ox. The company also makes promises via email "we will refund you the cost of the item if it has not arrived to you in 10 days and you can keep the item if it arrives". When a customer requests that refund, the company does not reply back. It is infuriating.
