Rating:Expect no return phone calls. When you can finally talk to someone, you can expect to be passed around. My last call with them took 40 minutes to resolve an issue! Further, they ask for your CC before you even complete the application form, then bill you before you have completed the form. The form asks three different times for your medications, then asks for a photo of them. I submitted the pictures and was then told they had to be in a different format. I called and was told everyone was busy. The message said to leave a message and they would call back... they never called. Three days later, I called and waited for someone. I could hardly understand that person. Avoid these people, if the medication is as bad as their customer service, you won't be happy!
