Rating:Ordered an item from the website. I was notified it shipped on April 18. It's the30th now and I still haven't received it. They took my money instantly when I ordered.

Rating:Definitely a scam, ordered my hair steamer iron on 4/24/20 from the website i got the email saying it shipped. Tracking number isn’t found and is invalid. A COMPLETE SCAM DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! I lost $40 bc of it. And when you email them of course you don’t get a response

Rating:Ordered necklaces on April 21, 2020. It is now May 23, 2020. Still have recieved my order. Horrible customer service. There is no number to contact them. I want my money back!

Rating:I ordered the Flawless Wand Foundation Brushes on 4/16/20 that was on FaceBook. On 5/22/20 I got an e-mail from Smartolife asking me to rate the product that I had ordered. E-mailed them back that I didn’t get it and the e-mail was undeliverable. Please don’t waste your money with this website. I want my money back.

Rating:THEY DELETE THE REAL REVIEWS! NEVER SENT MY ORDER!
I have left 3 reviews since I ordered at the beginning of April. They keep deleting my reviews as well as everyone else who is leaving real reviews (1 star since they also haven't been receiving their orders). On May 1st I received an email saying they fulfilled my order. So I came on here to contact them and saw dozens of other people saying they received the same email and never received their order. THEY WILL DELETE THIS BUT IN CASE SOMEONE SEES IT BEFORE THEY DO, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEN NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRIES!!!!!

Rating:Complete scam. Ordered on may 5, got notification it shipped, but the postal tracking # is invalid. Theres enough complaints here to start legal action....... Only reason i gave any stars is 2 leave this warning!

Rating:Certainly wish i had seen reviews before buying from them , absolutely disgusting, didnt get what i ordered, i wasted £20 , it was only fit for the rubbish bin, very angry, ive sent 2 emails, saying wht a disgusting, rip off company they are

Rating:I am still waiting on my steam hair straighter flat iron i ordered and paid for on 5 15 20 order shipped from china same day according to web site. As per tracking site it has been in united states since 6 10 20 now its shipping from usps center on 6 17 20. I sent 2 emails no response from customer service order was 34.97 total tax and shipping this is worse i have ever experienced and the wait is way to long item went on sale right after i ordered

Rating:I ordered my straightener on 5-7-20 Still hasn't arrived. Emailed them in June, they responded back with tracking information that hasn't moved since June 16th. They sent me a email asking me to review their product, that I hadn't even received. July 20th I requested a refund, they said it wasn't possible because it arrived in the United States. Had I known it was coming from China I never would have ordered it . They sent me more tracking information which was the same, it still hasn't moved. I filed a dispute through PayPal I'm waiting. I would have given it 0 Stars if it was possible.

Rating:After ordering 3 items in March it is now October and nothing received! All I get is an automated response with a blank Royal Mail tracking page thanking me for my patience! I admit C19 has not helped with delivery etc however I have been asking for a refund since June and the reply is ‘thanks for your patience’ your item is on its way - NOT GOOD ENOUGH. They will take your money and fob you off! DO NOT BUY!!!!
