Rating:Despite the UK internet code, sending products from China.
I made a mistake ordering from them and was immediately disappointed when I saw the product wa shipped from China. To make matters worse, the item was never delivered and was signed for by the sender upon return.
I sent three emails to the company asking for a refund for a returned product and all three were successfully ignored. However, once I raised a chargeback request they reached out to me immediately asking to cancel the chargeback and promising a refund instead. I refused and asked them to accept the chargeback request, which they promised to do after numerous attempts to persuade me to cancel the chargeback. In a few days they (surprise) rejected the chargeback.
I got the money back after taking the matters further directly with Visa.
Avoid at all cost, not only they are misleadingly using a co.uk domain while sending from China, they tried to do their best to persuade me to cancel the chargeback, yet rejecting it after I refused.
