    From first hand experience this website claims to sell high-end undergarments marketed towards queer men. However, the site never fulfills orders and rarely if ever responds to emails regarding unfulfilled orders. The website also frequently shuts down and deletes negative social media comments amid large-scale criticism

    On July 31, 2023, I ordered 5 White Sets and 5 Black Sets of clothing from Eduardo Brassai, order #2563, totaling $905.10. Despite the lapse of 5 months since the order, the items have not been delivered. My attempts to email Eduardo Brassai for updates or proof of shipment have been met with total silence, raising concerns about their legitimacy.

    I have escalated this issue to my credit card's Dispute Resolution Team for potential fraud investigation. This experience has been not only frustrating but also a cautionary tale about the risks of online transactions. I strongly advise everyone to be vigilant and conduct thorough research before making purchases from lesser-known online vendors like Brassai.

    I ordered multiple tank and underwear sets from Brassai well over 6 months ago and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation for my order. I've emailed the brands customer services department multiple times and each time they tell me my order will ship "in the next few days" or "within the next 8 business days" and yet it never is. When I began to ask about receiving a refund for the products I bought the company stopped replying all together. I've reported this company as a scam and taken the issue to my credit card company in an attempt to recoup the financial loss from this company's theft. I advise everyone to be vigilant about influencer-marketed products and to stay away from ordering Brassai at all costs. They will steal from you
