Rating:On 21st of August 2023 I ordered a speaker from 'Coolnic'. On 24/08/2023 I received from 'sales team' at 'contactus@vvonlineservice.com' confirmation of my order from 'coolnic' and two tracking numbers. One number simply did not work. The other appeared to work and stated my order had been dispatched. On 07/09/2023 I contact 'Sales team' telling them I've not received my order and it appears to have been delivered to the wrong address over 100 miles from me. They reply offering me my money back, or a free re-send. I opt for the resend.
On 13/09/2023 I give proof from 'The Royal Mail' that the order was not addressed to me and I ask if they've resent it. On 19/09/2023 I have received no reply and so send another email asking what is happening with my order.
It is now 26/09/2023 and I've received no reply and no order. Both 'coolnic' and 'contactus@vvonlineservice.com' are absolutely abysmal and I believe both to be scamming customers . Do not order from 'coolnic'. Do not use 'contactus@vvonlineservice.com'.

Rating:This website is a scam website. I ordered a fleece jacket. I received an email stating I would receive a tracking number within 2-4 days. It has been more than two weeks, and still no tracking number. On top of it, my Shop app says my order has been delivered via China Post. I haven't even received the delivery! When I emailed support@vvonlineservice.com , I received no response regarding the tracking number or the status of the order. I will never order from this company again.

Rating:Zamówiony towar tez nie dotarl do mnie. Wyslany zostal na inny adres kilkaset kilometrów ode mnie. Na maile z reklamacja nie odpowiadaja.
I didn't receive the goods I ordered either. It was sent to another address a few hundred kilometers away from me. They do not respond to e-mails with complaints.

total scam. They sent a tracking number that was false( checked via Post in Finland) . The package was sent 420km from delivery address( I'm sure they actually never sent it)

Rating:Same here. I received a mail confirming my package was sent. Then it disappeared. I found out that the package was delivered to a private person in an other Swedish town 500km from me.
no idea about how to get money back!
