Rating:be careful...the regular delivery time was up to 25 days, so i paid extra shipping to get the order within 4-10 business days......it's now 15 calendar days later...and the order hasn't even shipped, and i haven't gotten any response to 2 emails requesting order status!

Rating:This company is a scam!!!! I’ve placed an order for $108.86. Thankfully no more than that !! They never delivered my items and I’ve been waiting for 3 months now and they tell me that I have two solutions 1. Re order items and pay for shipping or 2. I can’t accept a $50.00 voucher??? Seriously, this website is made for baby clothes I clearly just want my money and they are refusing. I’m contacting my bank and disputing these charges first thing in the morning!

Rating:Ordered 6 weeks ago. No way to contact them. Wanted cloths for baby shower and now it looks like she will have outgrown them when or if they ever come.

Rating:Thanks for those comments. I had already ordered 3 items for my granddaughter who's due to arrive mid October and was thinking of getting a few other items which I thought were really cute, but have decided not to order anything more for now and wait to see "IF" I get the items I ordered and check out the quality before ordering anything else.

Rating:I placed an order on March 23, 2020. Shame on me for not paying attention that this company is based out of China. I did receive an answer to me e-mail that showed an invoice that my items had arrived in the U.S. on May 14, 2020. I don’t plan on having my items delivered or being refunded. Lesson Learned!

Rating:I ordered from this company on April 17, 2020 still has yet to receive my order. However the support team did reply back to my email stating that due to Covid 19 it will be a delay in shipment . It’s now June 22, 2020 order still not received. My tracked my package today & it’s now in Los Angeles, should’ve payed attention that the shipment was in China. I won’t be ordering from them again, I hope the quality of the clothing is good but probably not. I’m due in the beginning of October hopefully I’ll have my items by then, thank good I only spent $80. If I can rate them at a 0 I would.

Rating:I did get my order but the sizes are really small. The quality is not good for babies.. mostly made of spandex 95% and 5% cotton .It did take 5 weeks to get. Will never order again!!!!

Rating:I am so disappointed. My grandson is due in November. They have a large selection of adorable, unique clothing items and I spent a lot of time browsing, choosing, adding, etc. At the end, the payment was confusing, you HAVE to "join PayPal and agree to cookies. I contacted them through FB messenger (only option) and the back & forth conversation that followed, made me feel uncomfortable. The bells that were starting to go off, rang louder when they said they only accept PayPal or "Asiabill payment".
Thank you for this information, I cancelled my $174 order.
Unfortunately, as soon as I started browsing on their site, my FB feed, and any game I played, started to be inundated with their ads.

Rating:I placed an order with these people in July for the arrival of my first great grand daughter. Well, it's October, she arrived in August and I still haven't recieved the Order. I reached out to them via email, they said the package was delivered and gave me a tracking number...was not a UPS number. Dont use these ppl!! I suggest Babyg designs, nice stuff and got my order about a week and half later...was very satisfied. This company not only scams but they suck too. I will be contacting my bank to to dispute the charges. Hope this helps.

Rating:I spent $96 on baby clothes, including the extra $15 for expedited shipping so I would receive a newborn size Christmas outfit for my new granddaughter, who was going to be 3 weeks old on Christmas. She weighed around 7 pounds at birth, so she wears outfits true to her age. I also bought a variety of other holiday and other outfits that would correspond to her age when she would need to wear them. Imagine my surprise when the outfits I received were SEVERAL SIZES too big! For example, the Christmas outfit I purchased might fit her when she is 1 year old! I took a photo of the standard NB size outfit next to two other this company's newborn outfits to show the size discrepancy. When Princessassa customer service responded to me (from China) they said the outfits were size larger because of longer shipping times! I next said I wanted a refund, but the return policies were both costly and restrictive (including a requirement that I have all outer and inner packing materials, which I am not sure I still have). I didn't want to lose any more money so have decided to eat my loss. The outfits they sent were cute, but only mediocre in quality and again NOT sized appropriately. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Rating:Do not buy from them. I order four sets, one came wrong color and they all came too small for the size I ordered. Quality is not as advertised. I request refund and I still have not heard from them.

Rating:TERRIBLE company. They send you items you didn’t order, then make you pay to return their mistake and won’t refund you. They are such a huge scam. Do not buy.
