Rating:This website is a total scam and rip off, should have a 'zero stars' option. Can't believe I actually fell for this as it's usually easy to tell a scam. Ordered a poncho from these jokers that is advertised as being 'hand made in Ecuador' and 'made from the finest wool yarn'. What turned up in the post (eventually) was clearly 100% artificial 'fleece' that you would expect to find on a cheap kids sweatshirt. Machine printed on one side (not woven wool as advertised) and the other side is just plain white. On the website the photo of an actual woven poncho is clearly showing a reverse colour print on the back. So it's not even a decent poor replica. It turns out the photos have been stolen from a legit site.
For any others being told by the seller that they will refund you but charge you to send their fake, counterfeit items back at your own cost. DO NOT DO THIS. Tell them they need to send a return pre-paid label, which they will refuse. Then Refuse the offer from the scam seller in PayPal and then escalate it to PayPal and PayPal will force them to issue a full refund with none of this postage nonsense. Worked for me. These people need to be taken down so don't let them get away with it by sending their crap back at your cost.

Rating:Don’t buy from Rockhatter. A complete rip-off. I ordered a hat, and when I received it, it doesn’t look anything like the material as represented on their website. I rate this website as Zero stars.

Rating:Purchased a distressed hat...received useless imitation with spray paint and cheap thin felt...looked nothing like the picture on the site.
Scam: Hat was shipped from Safeway store in CA, but they demanded I ship the hat back to China instead to receive a full refund..

Rating:Rock hatter is a legit scam. I ordered a hat. Like everyone else . Was excited to get it . On the website they show you a hat with character . Aged , patina, nice leather , quality wool . Hand made . American. It's hahaha it's so laughable . They sent me a toy hat of cheap thin felt . No leather . No character . No hand made . He'll there was no sweat band . Not even a tag on it. It was legit a kids cowboy hat you would get at a Halloween store . From China . Pretty sure they sent me and my wife the kung flu with that piece of crap too. Don't buy from these jokers. Learn from my mistake .

Rating:An absolute joke. It's a toy hat. On further investigation, these FRAUDS (that's what it is) have hijacked other sites pictures and reviews, passed them off as their own and ship garbage halloween cheap flet hats in old ruined boxes.

Rating:I ordered a hat from Rockhatter & when shipping info/tracking number was provided I discovered it was shipping from China! Their website portrays themselves as a USA company. After over a month of waiting the hat never arrived. Tracking shows it made it to Chicago but never left that depot. I contacted Rockhatter & they said give it a few more days, which I did. Checked tracking number 4 days later & still no update. That was 10/1/24. I contacted Rockhatter requesting a refund & they said that they can not refund my money! I responded demeaning a refund for an undelivered product & they never responded. Another email to them again demanding a refund, no response. I am now out almost $70. They will take your money, won't deliver product, and cut off communication. Word to the wise... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Update 11/2/24: I finally received the hat. It is a cheap, kids hat AND it is waaay too big. Their sizing chart is inaccurate, the hat is at least 1" lager than my head (I know my hat size plus I measured 2x to be sure). I requested a refund & I will return the hat. They offered 40% refund, I keep the hat. I CAN NOT WEAR this ridiculously large hat, it falls below my ears. I emailed stating I want a full refund & if they want the hat back to send me a return shipping label. No response.
Again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF CHINESE COMPANY. Heed my words.
