Rating:I purchased the Doosan DMS5 software and installation service from Autoepcservice. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The seller remotely accessed my computer to install DMS5. My Wi-Fi was working normally before this work. During/after the installation process, the Intel Wi-Fi adapter stopped working and Windows reported a driver/hardware-related problem.
What happened afterward was even more disappointing. I explained to the seller that this computer contained several important and expensive software programs that had taken considerable time to install and configure. His response was essentially that these programs were simple and easy.
Since he considered restoring them so simple, I told him that I no longer wanted DMS5 and asked him to reinstall Windows if necessary and restore the software that had already been on my computer -- in other words, return my computer to the condition it was in before his work.
Instead of taking responsibility for restoring the computer, his response to me was: "Don't scam us."
I found this completely unacceptable. I was the paying customer whose computer had been working before the remote installation, and I was asking for my system to be returned to its previous working condition. Being accused of trying to "scam" them for making that request was particularly disturbing.
The seller eventually refunded the payment for DMS5. However, refunding the software payment did not repair the problem left on my computer.
