    My experience with this company was awful. I bought the bunny outfit for my grandson. when it arrived a month later the wrong size was sent. Buyer beware because they will do nothing to compensate for their mistake, except make excuses.

    I was excited to get this and I paid extra to engrave my son name on it. And well I was sent one with another child name on it and it was the wrong size. Instead of customer service giving me a new one or giving me a refund. I was told I can keep the wrong one and they’ll give me a 5% refund or I have to pay a lot to return it. 🫠 Meanwhile, I had to pay to find a new Easter outfit so what a waste of time & money. Luckily my bank handled it. Terrible company, I’ll never buy from here again.

    I ordered this for Easter and was excited that it arrived in time, but when I opened the package the costume was the wrong size and had the wrong name embroidered. I was offered a 5% refund after I returned the wrong product at my expense. Terrible customer service. Ship me the wrong product and still expect me to pay for it.
