Rating:I ordered one of their raincoats. It took 6 weeks to get here and it was way too small. When i asked them for return inf, they set out on an 11 post string of nonsense communications.
The last email response said that they will report the sizing problem to their research department.
But after asking 6 times for return info, i started asking just for my money. Still no return info and no refund. Don't do business with them. They sre scamming and won't honor their own written guarantee.
