Rating:They charged my card 49.90 euros online without my knowledge. The site looks bogus. I have no idea how they got my card number. I never use this card online!

I was ripped off by this website.i have never ordered from them yet they managed to debit my card with Euro 29.90 without my authority?
And my bank told me it's since 6th of May monthly!!!!! Please stop it immediately

Rating:Watch out for this company! It is extremely frauduleus. They will deduct money from your account when you (accidently) take a trial subscription. There is no possibility to cancel it during the trial period and they will deduct full subscription within 1 day. They do not react on phone, mail or chat.

Rating:Oplichters. Je zit ineens aan een abonnement vast welke je binnen 24 uur moet ontbinden anders geld kwijt. Je krijgt ook niets geleverd.

Rating:The shop presents itself as a pet supplies store, but the real business is on the loyalty page. A "Starter pack" is sold there at 29.90 GBP, and the terms state that the automatic top-up repeats every 28 days, that credits expire after 28 days when unused, and that refunds for credits will not be issued.
The 29.90 GBP reported by several card holders here is the price of that pack, and the FAQ leaves it to the customer to switch the automatic option off. The operator named at the bottom is "Lumara Stream Limited", a company registered in England at a flat in London, with no registration number and no named representative (Companies House: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/16667888). The same shop template, loyalty scheme and conditions are reused on other shops under other company names.
If a debit appears, ask your bank to block that merchant and dispute the payment: credits bought here cannot be refunded.
