Rating:The only method of contact is email. I ordered shoes 4weeks ago and i am STILL trying to cancel my order. We have been emailing back and forth to cancel order at least 6times each way. (Their website states an order can be canceled before it is sent to ship.) The item has not yet shipped and they have not refunded my money.

Rating:i ordered some boots. It took a while to get them. The boots were of terrible quality especially compared to the picture on their website. In addition, they smelled very bad. And they didn't fit.
Their website says 30 day no hassle returns. However there is nothing in their site about where and how to return. I have sent emails 6 so far and they keep replying asking me to keep them and offering small $3 then $5 in lieu of returning them. They have not given me return address or instructions. I will not buy anything from them again. I have low confidence that I will actually be able to get my refund for the return

Rating:Don't order anything from this website. It took over 6 weeks to get my shoes and they look horrible. Quality is horrible and they have a terrible odor. What a rip off ???? they don't deserve 1 star.

Rating:DO NOT order boots from Shopglows...I was pulled in by the look of the ad...then the boots arrived looking nothing like what was advertised. Lost $30+ on poor quality, bad judgement on my part, and looking out for others not to lose money on crap.

Rating:I wish I had seen the above comments before ordering. Awful quality productS - the boots looked amazing on the pictures...more fool me - I am old enough to know better. I also, have been given the run around via email. Cannot locate a returns address and have also been offered a derisory $5 credit note on my next order instead of a refund (like I will EVER shop with them again!)
i think the the business model must be maximise each order, knowing there is little chance of return customers.
Their own five star reviews of their products MUST be fake. I would not rate them one star.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Rating:Oh my gosh, how I only wish I could have looked for these reviews before purchasing. My order was made sometime in Dec. 2019, waited the full six weeks that the company stated regarding shipment and receiving orders.
Finally when they answer my email I was told they'll be out from the last week of January until February 3. Now they asked what's your order number, mine you this was sent several times, with each email sent. Please, please don't buy from this company it's a scam. Now I'm thinking about canceling the debit card I order with. Something is very crooked with this company.

Rating:I have also ordered the "boots" as advertised, and WOW, completely not the item I had ordered, plus, it has a horrible smell.. I constantly have had the exact robotic email sent from them. Please reconsider giving this away, we give you 3 dollars off, plus 5 dollars towards your next purchase. SCREW THAT! I contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge and explained in full detail of their dishonest website, along with the UGLY BOOTS that were sent. Always the same 3 emails sent to me. I will not stop until I am fully refunded from this crooked company. Any one who has ordered and has been shammed, dispute it with your bank/credit card company, ASAP! They are stealing our hard earned money! The pictures advertised are probably from another site, and they used it to wheel us in...See how many of those are 'H.....g', no name, just that, and are replying with a "wonderful review!" Not! Just fake as the company... I will only order from USA, and Amazon and my local stores.
The smell of them was so strong, that I packaged them and put in my garage! As if I were in chemistry class. So bad! Please don't give up, contact your bank/credit card company..

Rating:same problem here with the boots. They won't refund my money because they say it's my fault if I don't like the boots even though they are crap and nothing like their picture

Rating:Horrible product and customer service. They offered me a $5 coupon and then an $8 coupon to keep the boots. Their suggestions in to wrap them up and give them as a gift. Now they're telling me it will cost more in shipping to return them so I should just keep them.

Rating:After waiting for two months for a pair of boots, they were awful. Not even close to what was pictured. And after requesting a refund and informing them of the unlawful description of items and that they should be removed from Facebook and Amazon for false advertisement, they finally replied back begging me to keep the crappy boots and except a $5 gift card for future purchases. No way!!!! I still have not received a return address for this bogus company

Rating:This company is the worst. Didn't send all my order. Poor manufacturing...boots definitely not what they were described, low heel, not leather like instead material, no fuzzy lining, boot socks on top paper thin. Tried contacting them first they were closed, then offered ,$10. Off coupon for next order refused to send return shipping info and now will not respond to any emails. Wish I had read reviews previous to ordering--my bad. So now I'm out money and have cheap as boots that I wouldn't put on my dog!

Rating:Less than 1 star if possible! What can be done to SHOPGLOWS, a shop that lies and steal from customers? My experience was similar to others...boots took long time to arrive, poor quality, not like picture, send many emails, they offered me discount on next purchase which I refused, then they offered me $6 then $7 then $8 refund and asked me to keep and regift boots, (guess what) I havent received the refund yet and its been 2 months.
