Rating:Not 1 but 2 Stars because I actually got a wheel. The process was/is slow and agonizing. In the beginning there is minor communication, I even spoke to a live person once right after purchase who assured me this would be great. After that, communication slowed down to 1 email response once every other week. I thought I was getting scammed but noted the build can take that long. The wheel finally delivered 7 weeks later but I ordered a flat top and it came crooked, the flat part wasn't flat. Bulky on one side and it looked and felt bad. They must have angled it in the preview pic to look decent because it's hard to see it in that pic. I reached out about it and got an immediate response asking for a picture. Once I delivered that picture, I had to wait a week for a response after numerous calls and emails to be told they will fix it and not to worry and wait 24-48 hours, it's been 3 days and now I'm beginning to feel beat. For almost $700 this isn't right and certainly isn't worth it. If I had known beforehand I wouldn't have done business with this company. Which after some investigating turns out to be 3 guys from Pakistan and 1 guy from Canada completing orders through China. Look elsewhere. Trust me.

Rating:Ordered G-series steering wheel paid 1000€ got an F-Series after that I asked for refund or to send me a new wheel and they said they would, fast forward 3 months I was told 3 times that the new wheel has been sent and on 4 time(keep in mind 1 week between replies with them) they asked why were they sending replacement and asked for proof 2nd time and then they told me they made f-series steering wheel again instead of g-series and so they would make an adapter for F-series steering wheel to fit on bmw 7 g12. They said I would have it by the end of month and refund of 150$ for installation, but I got nothing, they are ghosting me again, it's been almost an year, thousands of messages and hundreds of chats, emails, messages on their website, facebook, instagram and etc..
