Rating:I believe they dropship. Poor communication, too good to be true. Tried many times to reach them until I took up a case with Paypal. Finally got a response after waiting a month only for them to tell me my item was returned during shipping. Didnt even get a tracking number or shipping notice. They sent me another battery and said it would be delivered on a certain date. That did not happen. When it did finally arrive, it was the wrong battery. I complained again to Paypal and was refunded my money. Too good to be true. Buyer beware.

Rating:total scam, bait and switch with cheap Chinese made junk. ordered a desalt replacement and got a fake battery that weighs 1/4 the weight of a real battery. doesn't work won't charge

Rating:They do not answer the phone, and they do not return emails. They shipped me two defective batteries for two of my dyson dustbusters. Cannot return them because I need a return authorization form from them . DONT BUY FROM THEM BUY FROM BATTERY JUNCTION

Rating:Received cheap Chinese batteries that would not fit my Dewalt vacuum. Specified as 6Ah, received batteries labeled 8 Ah that weigh less than a 2Ah Dewalt battery.
Customer service is a misnamed joke.
Total scam company.

Rating:They dont return calls, emails, or text. I ordered Ryobi batteries... I received Dewalt batteries. I'm just screwed. Don't Deal WIth Them!!!!

Rating:My advice is don't deal with this seller. They sell defective products and don't reply when you have a problem. I ordered and received a lithium ion replacement battery for a stick cleaner. The battery worked for only a month before it died and couldn't be recharged. I tried twice by email to get a refund/replacement with no response. Eventually, my bank refunded my money when they couldn't get a response either.

Rating:Do not buy anything from Batteries and Ink. They sent me wrong batteries and refused to answer to my request for a refund. They kept my money even after I shipped back the wrong batteries at my expense. $63.99 for batteries and $18.25 to return batteries. They said they would return my money and reimburse me for shipping. Then they ghosted me and kept my money. I had to sic PayPal on them. What a scam operation. beware.
