In the photos, these look like normal cotton twill cargo pants. They are not. They are poor-quality polyester fabric. The pockets stick way out when empty, rather than lying flat, so they would catch on anything you walk by. I ordered a medium. The fit is not traditional cargo fit, but rather very skin-tight. I cannot wear this in front of my pre-teen boy students in my classroom, which is what I bought them for. But this isn't the real problem. The real problem is that Encouragey apparently does not allow returns. I have been e-mailing back and forth for two weeks with someone who hasn't come right out and said that, but who will not give me an address to send them back. Instead, they are offering me $7 return on a $35 pant. No amount of reasoning has changed this offer. So I am reporting them for scams, and I will be putting this information on any ad I see of theirs. I would not have left a negative review if they had allowed me to return the items I cannot wear, but since they won't, I am out $75. Do not buy from this company unless you KNOW you will keep the items!

    Don’t purchase from this company, TOTAL SCAM! Not to mention they send product that doesn’t look at all like what you order them won’t allow a return

    So I saw an advertisement on Instagram and purchased two of the same items, rang out and was excited to get my order. Then 10 minutes later while checking my email realized I didn’t get a receipt so I check my account and had two charges, one for the amount I paid plus another 13 dollars… the name on my statement wasn’t the company name I purchased from so I did some research, found my history on Instagram and was able to reach out to customer Serive. I asked for a receipt because I had two charges in my account and wanted to know what the second charge could be for. They simply wrote back with “55.02” no explanation , no receipt. So I wrote back and said okay great that’s what I remembered paying but you also charged me extra. So they said they would refund the extra money and did, but then adjusted the 55.02 to another number that included 14 dollars more!!!!! We went back and forth and they then provided what looked like a receipt with charged because I used PayPal etc. my response back was that wasn’t on the original bill and when I wrote you the very first time that wasn’t the total you said I paid. They basically ignored me… well I did receive my item (hence the sort of part of my title) well I’m 6’2” and the jumpsuit I purchased basically rides up my bum crack. So I emailed them back asking to return the items and to get a refund. They stated that because the sent the correct items that they couldn’t accept a return or give me a refund!!!     Do not buy here! The pants I ordered took several weeks to arrive. When they did, they looked nothing like the ad. They are poor quality and had a hole in them. After a lot of back and forth I was offered a $5 refund which the customer service representative said would come out of his salary!

    Do not buy from this site. It needs to be taken down. They will take your money and not send anything at all. Its going on 2 months now and they are ignoring me

    This company is a total sham. I ordered to pairs of pants which to start with, took 2 months to ship. When I received them, the size was wrong. I ordered a tall (34” inseam). The inseam was 29”. As this was clearly a company error, I asked for a refund. To date I’ve been offered $8 on a $72 purchase. DO NOT DESL WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Poor quality, horrible customer service (probably automated replies), and refusing to provide returning address even thought their website states: "30-days satisfaction guarantee with money back” and “100% simple & risk-free purchase.
