My mom ordered boots from this company and did not like them because they looked nothing like the picture. I've been going back and forth with them for 6 days now and they refuse to give me an address to send the boots back for a refund. They have offered a 20% refund back to my mom's card but she does not want the boots.

    No stars. I ordered a pair of shoes in my size. Arrived wrapped cheaply. Shoes too tight. Attempted to exchange them. Was told return postage would not be worth it. Told me to keep them, and offered me 15$ off of a full priced pair. Be wary… if they don’t fit your stuck with them

    Gracelook.com shoes are a scam. Product quality is nothing like what is shown in catalog online and they make it impossible to return. Very very cheap quality. Buyer beware!
