Total scam with one stall tactic after another, never coming across with anything but excuses. Why are they even allowed to advertise on facebook?

I ordered a DeWalt tool set, received a cheap woman's ring, they then sent a second 'shipment' tracked on what appears to be a fake Express Company website, then the second 'shipment' was lost. They offered me a credit for $10 less than I paid, valid on four websites, two of which are not active. I asked them for a full refund plus 50% for my inconvenience. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

The only way to stop these scams is for our credit card companies to reject payment at the time of order, but my guess is the scammers change their 'name' so fast that the card Companies cannot keep up. Therefore, we the consumer need to be more diligent about who we do business with.
