I ordered from this company due to my husband seeing their ads on, he requested shoes for a Christmas gift. I assumed that he found them through a shopping search, so I trusted his judgment and didn't check out the company. I ordered two pairs of shoes; they took about two weeks to arrive. 1. The shoes were not leather "as they advertise" they were actually vinyl. 2. They were not packed in a box but in a shipping bag "so they were smashed". 3. They had a strong chemical odor. 4. I reached out to customer service, which is where it gets worse. The rep apologized for the damage but only offered a percentage of 20% refund to keep the shoes. I declined and reminded her of their site stating of the 100% money back guarantee. I asked for an address to return the shoes and a label. The rep came back again to offer 40% money back to keep the shoes, I declined and requested for the address again. I finally got the address in the next message and the warehouse is located in China. They advertise that the shoes are handmade in the USA; their office is in the UK under their contact info. I kept refusing their offers and demanding they send a label due to their false advertisement, the rep offered 60% refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company instead of dealing with this scam company.
