Rating:Elkhart RV Parts is a joke! Nobody answers the phone, answers text messages or emails!!!
I ordered in August and paid ( shame on me) however I haven't received my part and NO ONE RESPONDS

Rating:Took my payment. Item was shown shiped. Supposed to have been shipped by a third party. Shopapp , not shop.com. A DHL shipping number with the DHL logo was available on Shopapp. The first time I was redirected to the shopapp site directly from Elkhart, shopapp showed item shipped, item out for delivery, and item delivered. There absolutely was nothing delivered. I went then to DHL tracking with the provided number and it was not found. Called DHL and after careful searching the DHL agent said there was no record of that number. Elkhart's Web site lists hours of operation. Repeated calls over three days during listed hours always are met with a voice message. Leaving messages does not bring any response at all from this company. I would never try to purchase from this company. Cheap prices listed likely to hook people in to get there money. Because of a fake tracking number I would rate this company a fraud.

Rating:I ordered six blind brackets from Elkhart RV Parts on August 19. They were delivered August 22, but only five brackets were in the package.
I have called, sent two emails, and texted numerous times trying to get the missing bracket that I already paid for. I received one response and then nothing.
Mistakes happen, but customer service is about fixing them. This should have been incredibly simple: send the missing bracket. Instead, after repeated attempts to contact them, I still don't have what I paid for.
Very disappointing customer service. Based on my experience, I would not order from Elkhart RV Parts again.
